Superbowl XLVI snack

For this year's Super Bowl we decided to create the classic football game snack... the pretzel!  We made an initial go around with a recipe from Joy of Cooking and then chose two recipes from food related websites.  We ended up creating about 16 pretzels and came home with only one (success!). Instead of the standard Velveeta cheese dip, we created a honey mustard and a Poblano Chile cheese sauce.  Both complemented the pretzels well.
